The both Head person Mr. Prashant & Mr. Keyur of Siya InfoTech has started their career as a developer, after several years of hard work they were having thought of more personal & financial growth and in 2009. They finally came out from their job and started working individually as a group of freelancer with the aim to offer the best development to clients by adopting the latest methods and technologies. Mr. Nirav Patel the chair member of the Siya InfoTech offers an outstanding platform to grow the team.
At the Parallel stage, they were getting good proposals from college students to get trained by both head persons, they accepted the proposals and trained the students, and later on they hired them as developers for the rapid RMS project. Day by day the new ideas are going to implement in the same system.
In the future plan discussion meetings, we decide to grow the work scale to the higher level. So, in need of more workforce and legalization process management think to register the firm, and in 2011 we bow the plant of Siya Infotech, at the same year, we were having good growth at our quarterly results. We hired some more expert resources to our team.

With the growing demand for the existing clients and new clients, the company recruits more experts and experienced developers with advanced skills to maintain the work quality and give them satisfying work.

As every year, we decided to start working on any new technology, which is great demand in the market, so we adopted PHP technology & hired couple of developers and project managers.
The company was having good growth and getting Excellent ROI, so in 2014 management decided to concentrate on work policies and time management and core team, and at the same year, we had implemented the agile methodology and some more project management systems which were implemented in client projects for work flexibility. In the same year, we hired some sales & marketing experts to grow the client network and the brand name. We almost reach at 50+ employees by that time.
The company has an ambitious plan to go multinational in the nearest future, therefore Head team & management have re-infrastructure plan this year. Therefore, In the quarterly meeting, company management decided to have the larger and eco-friendly infrastructure as at the same year the construction is going on and soon in next Christmas Company will have a new location.
